Buenos Aires, Argentina, November 14th, 2025 - Indie developer Montraluz, in partnership with publisher Tlön Industries, have released the latest expansion to their cult favorite surreal body-cam psychological horror game Dreamcore. This new chapter, Liminal Hotel, takes players on a haunting journey through a strange, otherworldly realm of an eternal hotel, abandoned yet somehow expecting you.

Liminal Hotel presents the definitive version of the famed "level 188" backrooms meme, offering a wide variety of styles within the rooms. Through elevators, you will traverse the hotel floor to floor and as you go down, you'll see how the hotel's atmosphere becomes unstuck in time, full of oddities and antiquities. 

Liminal Hotel marks a before and after in the way maps are created in Dreamcore, introducing deep changes and new directions the community has been clamoring for all this time. This latest chapter will tone down the puzzles that stifled progression for much of the fanbase.

Anyone who already owned Dreamcore will receive Liminal Hotel as a free add-on. For everyone else, it's been bundled as part of the game, which has received a slight price increase to $14.99 to accommodate all the new content that's been added post-launch.

Dreamcore sets players loose to explore a multitude of extraordinary, expansive worlds based around labyrinths of liminal spaces.
