London, UK, 2nd December 2025 - Neolithic Dawn, the bold VR survival adventure that launched in Early Access for Meta Quest during the summer, is ready for its next evolutionary leap. The official launch of version 1.0 will take place on 11th December 2025.
The six months of Early Access development have been invaluable for the team at Neolithic Dawn, listening to players and community feedback to refine and expand the survival experience. The v1.0 edition includes a myriad of new additions, from a new story intro and even more interactive environmental elements, to Quality-of-Life (QoL) improvements and menu design overhauls, making the official Neolithic Dawn launch a remarkable achievement for this indie team.
Neolithic Dawn is a VR game built around realistic physics and hardcore survival, set on the stunning backdrop of 10,000 BC North America. Players can craft tools and weapons by hand, ascend treacherous cliff faces, and explore vast open maps full of dangerous, era-specific creatures. Choose between hunting Ice Age animals for food or taming them for a valuable companion as you scavenge valuable resources for the journey ahead. Most importantly, remember that death is not the end, only a doorway to your next adventure.
