House Flipper to Receive Farm DLC on Nintendo Switch
The bestselling renovation simulator House Flipper is getting a brand-new expansion on Nintendo Switch. The upcoming Farm DLC introduces agriculture-themed challenges that blend renovation gameplay with a taste of rural life. The paid DLC is set to launch on September 11, 2025.
The hit renovation sim is developed by Polish studios Empyrean and Frozen Way. So far, the Nintendo Switch version of House Flipper has received two expansions (Garden DLC and Pets DLC), and now players will be able to enjoy the Farm DLC as well. The new DLC port and its release on Switch are handled by Ultimate Games S.A.
House Flipper Goes Farming
The new expansion brings in unique mechanics and farming-related jobs. With House Flipper: Farm DLC, renovation fans can now step into the boots of a farm owner. The DLC allows players to build and manage their own farm - including raising animals and growing crops. Tasks include sowing and harvesting, as well as feeding and taking care of animals.
House Flipper: Farm DLC features 11 new story missions, such as building a chicken coop or renovating a go-kart track. The expansion also adds 9 brand-new skills, like spray-painting house exteriors or using drones to fertilize crops.
Additional new features include horseback riding, rest mechanics for post-work relaxation, and the ability to pet animals and create custom enclosures for them.
Players can enjoy 5 brand-new plots, ready to be transformed into farms or ranches. The developers have also included more than 1,850 new items, primarily centered around farming life.
